| Children must be dressed in proper dance attire and dance shoes. |

Dance attire consists of clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Please no Jeans. |

Children’s hair must be kept away from their eyes and face. |

No Street shoes on the dance floor at any time. |

| When necessary, a qualified substitute teacher may assist or teach a class. |

| Food and drinks are permitted only in the waiting room area . |

Gum chewing is not allowed in class. |

| Parents, family and friends may observe from the waiting area only. |

Please keep noise to a minimum. |

Please do not leave siblings or other children unattended. |

| As a courtesy, if your child wishes to drop a class, please contact Laura in advance. |

Space is reserved for your child and without proper notification you will be financially responsible. |

Children may make up missed classes through June. |

| A large portion of instruction is in preparation of the annual recital. |

The recital is in June, which is optional. The date is TBA, but usually falls the weekend after Father’s Day. |

Should your child choose to participate, costumes are mandatory and custom made through professional costume companies. Therefore, no refunds are given for costumes. |

| There are no classes held when schools close for holidays/breaks or due to snow closures. |

An annual calendar will be posted in the studio. |

| Students must be picked up promptly at the end of the class session. |

Please consider making arrangements with other parents in the event you will be late. |
